The sunsets from the beach or from the homes deck are breathtaking. Newport is a 10-minute drive by car, or you can take one of Jamestown Ferries to what ever destination suits you. There are two bridges to the main land and just 20 minutes to I-95. Providence and T.F. Green Airport (PVD) is a 30-minute ride.

The Yacht Clubs nearby are: New York Yacht Club, Newport Yacht Club, Conanicut Yacht Club, Jamestown Yacht Club and Saunderstown Yacht Club.
